First to receive non-recourse financing to develop 28.1 MW of run-of-river hydropower
Swet Ganga Hydropower Ltd is developing the Lower Likhu Hydropower Project, a 28.1 MW of run-of-river HPP, located in Ramechhap District of Bagmati Province, Nepal.
Swet Ganga is the first project in Nepal to receive non-recourse financing. The company is promoted by the Sanima Group who are the market leader in owning and operating renewable projects in Nepal.
